Where is this plug located and what does it look like? Also, does the tranny fluid fill the rear end, 3-point hydraulics and power steering, or is there seperate fills for each? One last thing, what fluid should I use? Thanks! I use the Traveller Premium UTF that they sell at Tractor Supply.

How to change hydraulic filter on ford 3000 tractor. Hi guys, Does anyone have a Ford 3000 manual and can tell me the type of transmission and rear end fluids (and capacities) I need for my 1965 Ford 3000? I'm hoping to just buy some at Walmart or Fleetfarm The current recommendation for fluid for the transmission and rear axle for your tractor is a good Universal Tractor/Trans/Hydraulic Fluid (UTF) that meets or exceeds the Ford/New Holland M2C134D specification
